Beth Stelling, Veeps, and Blonde Medicine are pleased to announce the release of The Landlord Special, Beth’s latest project. On July 2, The Landlord Special will be available exclusively on Veeps. The audio will be available everywhere comedy is streamed or sold starting on August 1.

The Landlord Special was filmed in Denver, Colorado at one of the best comedy clubs in the country: Comedy Works. It’s a half hour of stand-up comedy with a story-heavy caboose about nosy, unhinged landlords. If you’ve ever had to pay irritating lunatics in exchange for shelter, then this is the special for you. Stelling hopes that everyone watching laughs so loudly they make their downstairs neighbor jealous. They might even be inspired to start saving for a down payment on a home

Beth Stelling is a comedian, writer and actress. Her latest Netflix special If You Didn’t Want Me Then topped every Best of 2023 list in comedy, with The New York Times calling her “a meticulous professional in her prime.” And Vulture said, “Stelling is a consistently great comedian, but her Netflix special If You Didn’t Want Me Then represents some of the best of her work.” It was preceded by her half-hour special in the first season of Netflix The Standups and The Half Hour on Comedy Central. In 2020, Conan O'Brien produced Beth’s first hour stand-up special Girl Daddy for HBO Max which had The New York Times calling it “The Best Debut Special of the year,” adding, “It's a virtuosic performance, conversational while dense with jokes.”

This comedy special will be available exclusively on Veeps starting July 2 at 6pm PST/9pm EST. Veeps All Access subscribers can watch for free; tickets are $7.99 for non-subscribers. The Landlord Special will be released as a comedy album by Blonde Medicine on August 1, available everywhere comedy albums are streamed or sold
