MATZA PIZZA, an episodic sketch comedy series is set to premiere weekly starting next week. The series is an exploration of everything Gianmarco Soresi (that guy from all those General Electric commercials, Blue Bloods, and the viral Voldemort ASMR vid) dislikes about himself, his choices and the world. Named for its creator’s Jewish Italian heritage, this passionately neurotic sketch series attempts to diagnose narcissism, nihilism and existentialism WHILE MAKING YOU LAUGH!

About Gianmarco Soresi:
Star of Matza Pizza, Gianmarco Soresi is an actor, writer and stand-up comic but the first line of his obituary will probably read, “That guy from all those GE commercials”. Recently on A&E’s Unforgettable, CBS’ Blue Bloods, and Lifetime’s I Love You…But I Lied!, and Ken Davenport’s That Bachelorette Show, his first play, Less Than 50%, premiered in the New York International Fringe Festival, got selected for Fringe Encores Off-Broadway at The Soho Playhouse, and was recently optioned by Broadway producer Michael Rubenstein and Robin Milling. "MTA Shames NYC", his first collaboration with writing partner Megan Sass (Soresi & Sass), was featured in Fast Company, Gothamist, made the cover of Metro NY, and got them both jobs producing online comedy content for Spoiled NYC. A member of Uncle Function, he performs/writes sketches monthly for The PIT and as a comic performs regularly at Caroline’s Comedy Club, dabbles at Gotham, The Metropolitan Room, UCB and can be seen in the pilot episode of Seeso’s New York’s Funniest.
About Lindsay-Elizabeth Hand:
Lindsay-Elizabeth Hand is dedicated to entertaining you at all costs. She was born in North Carolina and raised in Georgia, but don't worry, she has all her teeth. After moving to New York City seven years ago, Lindsay is now a SAG Actress, an award-winning writer, currently in the Advanced Study Program at Upright Citizens Brigade. She received a BFA in Performance from Columbus State University in 2009, and has been on a roll ever since. Past favorite teachers here in NYC include Suzanne Esper at William Esper Studio, Backstage's Best Vocal Coach Page Clements, Vogue Talent Scout James Pentaudi, and "Acting Coach to the Stars" Alan Savage.
Lindsay created Edge In Motion, her own Production Company, in 2011, and from that point, producing and acting have become her only jobs. This year has been especially lucky because she had the opportunity to pitch two TV Pilots (Awful Terrible Lizards and 20-Something) to networks... so keep your freakin' fingers crossed for her.
Because of her recent work on screen and behind the scenes, Lindsay has caught the eye of several publications including A.V. Club & Flavorwire for her original comedy series Cruel Children, NYCastings on "How to Book Repeat Biz" and a featured article in Theater Geek.
