Podcrushed – the podcast where Penn Badgley reads your middle school story–explores the heartbreak, anxiety and self-discovery of being a teenager. Hosts Penn Badgley, Nava Kavelin, and Sophie Ansari interview celebrity guests and public figures who share stories about their own coming of age–everything from first loves and heartbreaks, to major upsets and disappointments. The results are sometimes awkward, sometimes heartwarming and always relatable.

Nava Kavelin is the CEO and co-founder of Ninth Mode, a production company that develops original, scripted content  focusing on the brighter side of human nature. Prior to her work in media, Nava worked as the Senior Researcher of the Baha’i International Community’s United Nations Office. She is currently based in Los Angeles.

Penn Badgely is an American actor and musician. He is known for his roles as Dan Humphrey in The CW teen drama series Gossip Girl and as Joe Goldberg in the Netflix thriller series You. He was the lead singer for Brooklyn-based indie band MOTHXR, whose debut studio album, Centerfold, was released in 2016.

Sophie Ansari is an illustrator and video creator based in Los Angeles. She works as a freelance artist creating video and still content for individuals, brands and organizations alike. Before becoming a professional artist, Sophie was working in education, as a 5th grade teacher in Brooklyn, NY.
