Critically Ashamed

ABOUT CRITICALLY ASHAMED:
Critically Ashamed Volume 1 follows Delia, a comedienne and German immigrant who is desperately looking for a way to stay in the country, and Giulia, an American actress who is looking for a sign that her best years aren't already behind her. Delia and Giulia both work at the same comedy club in New York City, without really knowing each other. While Giulia has been working there as a waitress for a long time and is frustrated by it, Delia is new to the club as a performer and is excited about the chance to pursue her dream. With Delia's student visa about to expire and Giulia's self-set deadline to “make it” quickly approaching, the two ladies struggle hilariously through the microcosmos that is the New York City comedy scene. Although their paths haven’t crossed yet, they seem to be unknowingly connected.
