Camille Harris

Camille Harris announced the release of her upcoming EP Where I Go, out on July 29th on all digital platforms. Camille Harris, a stand-up comedian, musician, and writer based in Brooklyn is a regular performer at Rockwood Music Hall and a co-host of the weekly comedy show "The Weekend Drop" at the Experiment Comedy Gallery. She was featured in the showcase at SXSW 2014 and performed at CMJ 2014. Her one-woman show, Camille! Young! Silly!, has played many venues throughout the New York City area and was part of Ars Nova Theater's ANT FEST. Her song "Baby on the Subway" was part of IFC/College Humor's "Comedy Music Hall of Fame" in 2015 and she recently won audience choice at the 5th annual New York Funny Songs Festival. Camille performs regularly for the Brooklyn Public Library. Her musical, Muffin Man, ran in the 2009 New York International Fringe Festival and was selected for the FringeNYC Encore Series.Muffin Man is available for licensing by Samuel French Inc.

The song "Baby on the Subway" was written by Camille Harris. Recorded by Gary Levitt featuring Craig Howe on bass and drums, Wayne Tucker on trumpet and Camille Harris on voice and piano. Music video produced by Halleloo Productions. Directed by Nathan Chang. Featuring Baby Onie as the baby. Onie is the daughter of the front woman of the band Iola, Carrie Sveen. Dancer Christine Hollingsworth is a professional Broadway dancer who was in Lion King on Broadway.
