Comedians and International Sluts of Mystery Rachel Green and Kirsten O’Brien are excited to announce the upcoming launch of The Boss Bitch Show Podcast, with a launch party celebration in New York City July 14, 2022 at The Comedy Shop. The Boss Bitch Show is a  monthly live standup show that celebrates and centers femme, LGBTQAI+ and BIPOC talent. The show creates a fun, welcoming space for audiences, empowering them to be sex-positive, authentic and self-expressed.. No topic is too taboo on this raucous ride, from boob flexing to sharting to sex work.

 

The Boss Bitch Show has created a loyal following in its safe and supportive community of NYC comedy fans and sex positive enthusiasts alike over the last year. Opening up to a larger audience with their podcast, Rachel and Kirsten give listeners a taste of what it’s like to pull back the curtain and hang in the Green Room. The duo interviews fellow comics, artists and experts on what makes them a ‘Boss Bitch’,  covering a myriad of subjects, from BDSM to feminism to spirituality and psychedelics.


 

Official Podcast Synopsis: 

Direct from their salacious NYC standup show, Rachel Green & Kirsten O'Brien talk to their favorite funny friends to reveal what makes them a Boss Bitch. Strap in as they unload juicy and absurd stories, and discuss everything from feminism, women and queer issues and generational trauma  to crystal butt plugs, woo woo witchy shit and the common ailment  known as slut throat. Guests pick a Big Deck Energy Card to reveal their slutty affirmations (did we say slut already?). Laugh your ass off, and keep your notes handy. You’ll definitely learn a few things. 

 

About Rachel Green:

Rachel Green is a comic, actor, violinist, singer and voiceover artist. She was a winner on the Kevin Hart LOL Network series Lyft Comics, and has appeared in Law & Order: SVU (NBC), Bull, FBI (CBS), The Flight Attendant (HBO), A Nice Girl Like You (Amazon), Inventing Anna (Netflix).

 

Raised by a family of musicians, Rachel started playing violin at four years old. Her creative spirit journeyed from becoming a reiki master to performing spoken word, songwriting, theater and musical theater to TV, film and voiceover. She’ll make you laugh while reading your energy with a crystal up your butt!  Her comedy is sexy, funny and unapologetic – from growing up on Long Island to her crazy dating and sex experiences. Rachel gives back to the community through motorboating. 


 

About Kirsten O’Brien:

Kirsten O’Brien is a comic, actor, writer & dancer who models her career after Elizabeth Berkeley if Showgirls was a self-aware comedy. She is a cast member of UCB-born sketch show The NY Cheeks, was a featured cast member of NYC immersive comedy show Accomplice, and may be seen performing standup throughout New York City. Kirsten’s comedy has been described as sex-positive, uninhibited, slightly manic, and often times gross.
