Brian Babylon, heard nationwide on NPR's Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me is releasing his debut full-length comedy album Babylon Ball Z out September 28th on Blonde Medicine. Brian will support the release with dates spanning the US in September and October. Catch him hosting True/False Festival’s marquee event & game show, Gimme Truth! in Los Angeles on Wednesday 9/26 at the Montalban Theater in Hollywood. On Friday, September 28th, he’ll be in Chicago for his album’s official release party before heading east to New York for a string of dates in the first week of October. Brian Babylon is a Chicago-born comic and radio host. The self-proclaimed “Prince of Bronzeville”, is a fixture in Chicago's rich comedy community. He hosted and produced The Morning AMP radio show on Vocalo 91.1 FM, a sister station of WBEZ / Chicago Public Radio. He’s also been making a name for himself outside of Chicago, placing in the finals of the New York Comedy Contest in 2009 and in 2012 selected to the Comedy Central South Beach Comedy Festival. He moved to Los Angeles and joined the production team for the Comedy Central show Why? with Hannibal Buress He is also one of the fan favorites of the popular NPR weekly news quiz show Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, contributes to BBC Radio, hosted The Moth StorySLAM in Chicago, and he can be seen in season 3 of Inside Amy Schumer on Comedy Central.
